We look at what a customer sees when they search, click, call, request a quote or try to book. The first recommendation is the smallest useful fix, not a prepackaged rebuild.

Get found. Capture the lead. Run the business with less friction.
FerrariLabs helps local businesses improve the path from “someone searched for me” to “I have a real customer.” That can mean a better website and Google presence, a form that actually reaches you, faster follow-up, simpler scheduling, or automation that removes repetitive work. We start with the business problem — not with a technology shopping list.

If your current website, software or process can be repaired, we repair it. New tools are added only when they solve a real problem. Recurring fees exist only when there is recurring work.
Four ways we improve the customer path.
Get Found
Websites, Google Business Profile, local-search foundations, domain and business-email basics. A new focused local-business site typically starts around $1,500; smaller repairs cost less.
Don't Lose the Lead
Quote requests, contact forms, click-to-call, lead routing and simple follow-up so inquiries reach the right person quickly. Typical focused projects are roughly $900–$2,000, depending on the workflow.
Run Smarter
Scheduling, CRM connections, repetitive admin automation, practical AI assistance and small internal tools. We map the workflow first and quote the work after the problem is clear.
Fix What's Broken
Stale pages, broken forms, confusing calls to action, domain/email problems, unfinished templates and other trust-killing details. A tightly scoped repair is often $450–$950.
Third-party software, advertising spend and paid platform subscriptions stay separate from FerrariLabs fees. There is no automatic monthly retainer after a one-time fix.
Based in Concord, NC.
FerrariLabs works directly with small businesses around Concord, Charlotte and surrounding communities, as well as businesses throughout North Carolina and South Carolina — in person where that's practical, remotely where it makes more sense.
FerrariLabs is owner-operated, so you work directly with the person doing the work: me, Eduardo Ferrari. I started as a software developer and database administrator and later designed and ran complex technology platforms for financial institutions. The same discipline applies here: understand the current process, fix what is actually broken, and keep the solution maintainable.
Service is available in English and Portuguese. The company serves local businesses broadly; Portuguese is simply an additional way to work with me, not a separate brand.
What is getting in the way of the next customer?
A few lines is enough: what your business does, how customers find or contact you today, and where the process is breaking down.
This goes directly to me. No email address on this page.
